We have had the windows your company installed for us a month now and I want to say how pleased we are with them. You were right about the installers, they were thorough and expert in their work. Compliments from the neighbors on how good the windows look came right away. Everyone was surprised that 22 windows could be installed in less than eight hours, too. I especially like the color of the trim and the variety we had to choose from. The first thing we noticed was how quiet it was inside with the windows shut. The first weekend after the installation we woke to news about how windy and cool it was outside and we weren't aware of it until we saw the trees-no rattling storm windows! I'm sure too, that we'll notice a difference in our heating and cooling bills because of the windows. We wanted you to know that we have compared our heating bill from January, 1998 to our heating bill from this January. The result: Even though this January of 1999 was slightly colder than last January, our heating bill was $140 less! There is no doubt that this is due to the your installation of the Cabernet windows last spring. We are delighted to see this obvious savings which gives us another reason to add to our long list of good things to say about our new windows. Dear Paul,
I want to THANK YOU for ALL the help you gave to my husband and myself! I would like to inform ALL of you that are LUCKY enough to find this site. I found it by chance and it was like winning the lottery for us! Let me explain......We had another product other than BF Rich (we live in Southeastern Wisconsin) and we have been playing with the idea of changing much needed windows. But after the sales rep spent 5 hours with us, he gave us allot of insight on the product, and we were impressed! So a little reluctantly we signed a contract....but because of the large investment, after he left, I decided to search (duh...should of done this first)the internet and see what I could find out about the product and/or other replacement windows on the market. Well, as I mentioned earlier, I was VERY LUCKY to come in contact with Paul Mathews (via Internet)with WindowWorx and just listed some of the things I was a little apprehensive about...let me tell you folks....if I lived where we could get his product, I would purchase it immediately!!! And mostly because of the honest information I got from him. He wasn't going to make a sale with us, his product and company are too far away to help us...but I have nothing to say about Paul except if graded on a grade of 1 - 10, 1 being the lowest and 10 the highest, I would have to grade him 100+. And I mean that sincerely. By his honesty and help we were able to save a couple of thousand dollars on our investment. So all of you out there.....if you are able to deal with him....you can take it from me and we did allot of shopping around...HE WILL NOT TAKE YOU TO THE CLEANERS AND HE IS ONE OF THE FEW HONEST SALES PEOPLE WE HAVE LEFT. THANK YOU PAUL, THANK YOU!!! And before any of you say to yourself, she probably is a relative...I swear to God, that I never heard of Paul or WindowWorx until I came on the internet last Saturday evening and was really concerned about what we were about to do! If any of you feel to contact me via Email...I will be glad to answer any questions....Someone there should inform your better business bureau in your area, that WindoWorx is a very trust worthy company topped only by the most Honest and caring people we have come across in searching for our replacement windows. Just found this site and must say that it truly refreshing to know that there is at least one more company trying to do good business and take care of the customer. I sell vinyl replacement windows and it is really tough when there is so much mis-information. Kudos to you for this great forum. I will be visiting here very often.
